Ethics Talk Live: What is the real purpose of ethics & compliance

OCTOBER 12 · Virtual from HELSINKI

 15-16 EEST

  • What are the regulatory expectations overseas and in the Nordics?
  • How does the “US style” approach vs. Nordic approach compare? Can Nordic companies “get by” with less formal processes and resources
  • Are there big differences between small and large organisations?
    • How to build a compliance program in a large and decentralized organisation?
    • How to build a compliance program in a start up?
    • Do we talk too much about big global stock listed companies?
  • How far should companies go to promote change? Who is responsible for societal  change and more ethical business – shareholders, regulator, or the management? Is it to the benefit of shareholders to go beyond the letter of the law?

Join us on October 12 at 3 PM EEST for the EthicsTalk Live to get insights for the above topics!
