About us
Anna has a passion for ethical business, good governance and compliance. She is known for her pragmatic and results oriented approach and for ”making things happen in complex organisations”.
Anna was responsible for the well recognized Anti-Bribery program at Telia Company and has supported numerous global companies with governance and compliance related matters as an executive and through her own business. She is currently a member of the executive management team at the leading Medical Device company Getinge, heading the global Legal, Compliance and Governance function.
Anna is a PhD and lifelong learner, her research focus on the human aspect of E&C programs and the importance of adequate corporate governance to support lasting cultural change. She has co-authored the book ”The Grey Zone – a practical guide to corporate conduct, compliance and business ethics”.
Niina is a passionate advocate of responsible business and ethically sustainable working life. She has supported numerous global and local organizations with governance and compliance related matters as a leader and through her own company.
Niina has received several acknowledgement for her work as a key note speaker and business ethics influencer. She is also an author of several business ethics and governance related books (e.g. Tuloksellinen Compliance-ohjelma). Key conclusion of her PhD was that organizational culture plays a crucial role in the effectiveness of compliance programs. Niina believes that we should have more uncomfortable conversations at work to ensure that ethics & compliance becomes embedded in everyday work.
The Nordic Business Ethics platform was created out of our joint passion towards building stronger and more responsible organisations. Our ambition is to promote responsible business conduct, support business leaders and professionals who share our passion through sharing lessons learned, build best practices and facilitate dialogue and networking.
