Founder & CEO at North House AB
Julia is a seasoned executive and governance expert with over 25 years of experience in financial markets, specializing in technology, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance. She has held senior leadership positions in global financial institutions and is currently the Founder & CEO of North House, a RegTech SaaS company focused on advancing corporate governance solutions.
She holds a degree in Behavioural Science, with a focus on Organizational Psychology, from Stockholm University and has completed executive leadership and strategy programs at MGruppen and Styrelseakademien.
Ty Francis MBE is a British-American subject-matter expert in Corporate Governance, Ethics, Compliance, and Culture. Ty has evaluated, advised on, and launched E&C programs and forums worldwide, helping organizations measure corporate culture and the effectiveness of compliance programs.
Ty spent over a decade in New York City, where he was EVP of Global Programs at the Ethisphere Institute and VP of the New York Stock Exchange’s Governance Services division. For 6 years he was Chief Advisory Officer at LRN, where he led the company’s advisory, thought leadership and corporate board services.
He is currently the Founding Strategic Advisor for Boundary, a company pioneering runtime context governance, controlling what enterprise AI sees and uses from business systems in real time, and proving what was allowed, withheld and why. He is also an advisory board member for the Leonid Group’s Corporate Governance and Compliance business where he advises companies on AI Governance and Compliance, and recently joined Confide, the compliance and ethics company founded by WireCard whistleblower, Pav Gill, which helps handle anonymous whistleblowing, workplace grievances, fraud and integrity issues.
Ty was awarded an MBE for Services to Business by King Charles III, is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) and Chair of the Business and Law School Board at Solent Univeristy.

Niina has received several acknowledgement for her work as a key note speaker and business ethics influencer. She is also a PhD and an author of several business ethics and governance related books.
Anna is an executive leader and governance expert passionate about enabling responsible decisionmaking
at every level of an organization. She has supported numerous companies, across industries and jurisdictions, to address complex compliance challenges and rebuild trust with regulators.
Currently, Anna is a member of the Executive Management team at Getinge, where she leads the global Sustainability, Legal, and Compliance function. Anna is a Ph.D., author and continuous learner.
