Agents and Algorithms as Co-workers – impact on culture and compliance programs
August 24 · Webinar
14-15.00 EEST
AI agents are rapidly becoming part of our everyday work. While much attention has been given to efficiency and productivity, their impact on organizational culture, ethical decision-making, and the diversity of human perspectives often goes unnoticed.
Join Nordic Business Ethics for an engaging online seminar exploring the less visible implications of working alongside AI. Together, we will discuss how organizations can embrace AI responsibly while safeguarding ethical judgment, healthy organizational culture, and effective governance.
During the session, we’ll explore:
● How AI agents are influencing the way people think, collaborate, and make decisions
● Three invisible risks AI may introduce into organizational ethics and governance
● What boards, executives, ethics & compliance, HR, internal audit, risk, and assurance professionals should be considering now
● Practical questions and perspectives for responsible AI adoption
Whether you are leading AI initiatives or helping your organization navigate governance and culture, this session will provide practical insights and an opportunity to join an important conversation.
