From culture to compliance

March 12 · Webinar

15-16.00 EET

Are we moving from values to rules—and what does that mean for our organisations?

One key theme in the Nordic Business Ethics Initiative’s Nordic Ethics & Compliance 2025 Survey is the trend to shift from a values-based approach toward a stronger focus on hard law and legal requirements. This is understandable given the regulatory back-and-forth we’ve seen globally.

But here’s the risk: formal compliance is only as strong as the culture and values in the organisation. When ethics becomes a checklist, we lose sight of the ultimate purpose of regulation—responsible business conduct that builds trust and resilience.

In this webinar, Anna and Andreas Rasche will explore:

  • Practical ways to balance compliance with culture in times of change
  • The consequences of regulatory uncertainty on organisational culture
  • Why staying committed to the purpose of regulation matters—even as we debate how to do it.
